If the equipment does not receive information from the thermograph, you can check port speed by accessing the Configuration Menu:

Press the blue and red button together until Enter PIN code is displayed. Press the blue button 4 times (pin code 1111). Use the red button to scroll through the options.

Option ENG Display > OFF must be set to ON moving the cursor with the ◄ and ► keys.

Continue scrolling through options until you find Baud Rate > 9600. Value must be 9600, otherwise adjust it moving with the ◄ and ► keys and adjusting with the ▲ and ▼ keys.
