Tymco 600 Sweeper Integration IOX-WRKS

Integration port is located in the center console panel.

This installation usually requires a HRN-IOXEXT extension harness.

HRN-RW07T1 as shipped with socket adapters

Remove 12 pin Go Rugged connector and Red and Black power wires.

Solder Can high and Can low lines from HRN-RW07T1 to pigtail supplied with the IOX-WRKS. Ensure connection is soldered and heat shrink used.

Remove termination resistor from vehicle port.

Replace connector inserts for the termination resistor (orange) and the vehicle port interface (blue) to allow for a t-splice connection. (not shown - Vehicle port will use the male blue connector)

Ensure the termination resistor is installed into the open end of the HRN-RW07T1.

Connect the modified HRN-RW07T1 to the IOX-WRKS and complete the installation.

Secure the devices and harnesses with cable ties.
