  1. Plug in HRN-GR09K1 Y harness into data connector. Connect HRN-FUEL to the HRN-GR09K1

  2. Prior to installation you will need to find and record the following voltage measurements at the fuel gauge.

    • Prior to installation you will need to find and record the following voltage measurements at the fuel gauge.

    • Voltages must be in the range of 50-15900 mV

    • No 2 readings can be the same

    • These measurements will need to be submitted to customer support so the correct configuration is loaded into your GO device.

  3. Connect pin 7 Green Wire from HRN-FUEL to the terminal maked S on the fuel gauge. Green arrrow indicates Pin 7 which was run to the fuel gauge in the previous step. Blue arrow indicates Pin 8 for the digital connection that needs to go to the Estop wire on the switched side of the ESTOP button.

    • Connect pin 7 Green Wire from HRN-FUEL to the terminal maked S on the fuel gauge.

    • Green arrrow indicates Pin 7 which was run to the fuel gauge in the previous step.

    • Blue arrow indicates Pin 8 for the digital connection that needs to go to the Estop wire on the switched side of the ESTOP button.

    • Connection at the back of the ESTOP button.

  4. Secure GO Rugged to the outside of the unit using caution to avoid heat sources and moving parts.

    • Two fins may need to be removed to install go rugged

    • Note the vehicle should be outside the shop for setup as it needs a good cellular signal and it may take up to 30 minutes to complete.
