  1. Find the in-cab controller located in the vehicle cabin and remove from bracket if needed. Thermo King C-Series and Ce-Series units may have different controller configurations. Thermo King C-Series and Ce-Series units may have different controller configurations.

  2. Connect the HRN-CCTKCSR to port C of the IOX-COLD. Route the HRN-CCTKCSR to the in-cab controller location. If the controller is near the rear-view mirror, route the harness through one of the vehicle cabin columns, depending on where the IOX-COLD and GO device will be installed.

    • Connect the HRN-CCTKCSR to port C of the IOX-COLD.

    • Route the HRN-CCTKCSR to the in-cab controller location. If the controller is near the rear-view mirror, route the harness through one of the vehicle cabin columns, depending on where the IOX-COLD and GO device will be installed.

  3. Unplug the in-cab controller from its original vehicle-connected harness.

  4. Connect the circular HRN-CCTKCSR connector to the in-cab controller. Connect the circular HRN-CCTKCSR connector to the in-cab controller.

    • Connect the circular HRN-CCTKCSR connector to the in-cab controller.

  5. Connect the other HRN-CCTKCSR connector to the original vehicle harness that was disconnected in the previous step.

    • Connect the other HRN-CCTKCSR connector to the original vehicle harness that was disconnected in the previous step.

  6. The harness contains loose wires which permit connecting the IOX-COLD to additional sensors such as 1-Wire temperature sensors or door sensors.
