On the Rexroth cable, use port labelled GPS or AVL to connect to the IOX-WRKS primary port.

Use HRN-DB9SI15 if additional length is required.

From the main screen of the CS660, insert the programming key into one of the USB ports of the control head.

Wait about 10 seconds, then press the lock symbol icon.

On the Configuration screen scroll down and select IoT Tracking

Press the Exit button door icon in the bottom left to return to the main screen.

Confirm setup by ensuring IoT is visible on the screen.

Placing the CS660 in ground speed simulation - Press and hold the speed icon for 5 seconds.

Adjust speed Up and Down

Set the material and rates on the screen to a desired setting

Verify data flow.

When test is complete, return speed to zero using the down arrow.

Never leave a controller in simulation mode!
