  1. Rexroth Cable R987448072 connects the CS 620 serial port to the IOX-WRKS primary port. If using AVL cables part number R987376776 the IOX-WRKS primary port connects to the TEMP PORT, and requires a DB9F-F null adapter.
    • Rexroth Cable R987448072 connects the CS 620 serial port to the IOX-WRKS primary port.

    • If using AVL cables part number R987376776 the IOX-WRKS primary port connects to the TEMP PORT, and requires a DB9F-F null adapter.

    • If using AVL cables part number R987400008 the IOX-WRKS primary port connects to the TEMP PORT, directly.

  2. Use the Rexroth cable to connect to the CS620 Serial Port. Connect the other end to the IOX-WRKS primary port. Use HRN-DB9SI15 if additional length is required.
    • Use the Rexroth cable to connect to the CS620 Serial Port.

    • Connect the other end to the IOX-WRKS primary port.

    • Use HRN-DB9SI15 if additional length is required.

    • Ensure the IOX-WRKS has the correct controller configuration loaded before proceeding to verification / simulation mode.

  3. From the main screen press the down arrow to obtain SIMSP button. Press SIMSP Press the Up arrow to Increase and Down arrow to Decrease speed.  Turn the Spinner and Conveyor dials to confirm Rates.
    • From the main screen press the down arrow to obtain SIMSP button.

    • Press SIMSP

    • Press the Up arrow to Increase and Down arrow to Decrease speed. Turn the Spinner and Conveyor dials to confirm Rates.

    • Press Stop to exit SIMSP. Up arrow returns to main screen.

    • Never leave a controller in simulation mode!
