Video Overview

  1. HRN-CS440 required to connect the CS440 to the IOX-WRKS Primary Port.   Yellow and Grey leads can be cut short (2") and taped securely to the cable. If there is no Yellow and Grey leads, the cable will require a Null Adapter.

    • If there is no Yellow and Grey leads, the cable will require a Null Adapter.

  2. Connect one end of the HRN-CS440 cable to the P5 port on the CS440 controller Connect the other end to the IOX-WRKS primary port.
    • Connect one end of the HRN-CS440 cable to the P5 port on the CS440 controller

    • Connect the other end to the IOX-WRKS primary port.

    • Use HRN-DB9SI15 if additional length is required.

    • Ensure the IOX-WRKS has the correct controller configuration loaded before proceeding to verification / simulation mode.

    • Insert and turn programming key (right side of unit)

    • Select SYSTEM SETUP and press enter

    • Scroll to SIMSPD+ANTI-ICING and press enter

    • Scroll to SPD SIM ONLY and press enter

    • Turn programming key to off position

    • Press ESC button

    • Press scroll up button twice to enter STATUS screen

    • Press scroll up button to increase GRND SPEED to 25-30

    • Press ESC button to return to operator screen

    • Adjust Spinner, Conveyor and Liquid controls to desired settings

    • Controller will send data through IOX-WRKS

    • Verify data flow

  3. Never leave a controller in simulation mode!
    • Never leave a controller in simulation mode!

    • Insert and turn programming key (right side of unit)

    • Select SYSTEM SETUP and press enter

    • Scroll to SIMSPD+ANTI-ICING and press enter

    • Next screen - scroll to NONE and press enter

    • Turn programming key to off position
