Video Overview

  1. IOX-WRKS primary port connects to the serial port on the Rasco EPO10 with a standard straight cable HRN-DB9SI15.

  2. Connect one end of the HRN-DB9SI15 cable to the serial port on the EPO10 controller. Connect the other end to the IOX-WRKS primary port.

    • Connect one end of the HRN-DB9SI15 cable to the serial port on the EPO10 controller.

    • Connect the other end to the IOX-WRKS primary port.

    • Ensure the IOX-WRKS has the correct controller configuration loaded before proceeding to verification / simulation mode.

    • Rasco EPO 10 requires protocol EN 15430-1

    • Rotate center dial to the right to obtain “Rasco” selection. Press “check” button, enter passcode ( 727) using the three dials, press checkmark again.

    • Select the menu button, then Executive settings, Option settings, then Mobile box. Ensure baud rate is set to 115200

    • Exit to main operator screen.

    • Press “test” to enter SIM mode.

    • Use up/down arrows to increase / decrease speed.

    • Verify data flow.

    • Exit SIM mode when complete.

    • Never leave a controller in simulation mode!
