Video Overview

    • Custom cable connection required.

    • Parker controller integration requires CANBUS programming to available CANBUS lines.

    • This must be completed by the upfitter. They will identify which CANBUS lines we connect to the CANBUS on the IOX-WRKS. IOX-WRKS.

  1. Use the CANBUS connection on IOX-WRKS, using the provided CANBUS pigtail to connect to the terminals identified by Parker.
    • Use the CANBUS connection on IOX-WRKS, using the provided CANBUS pigtail to connect to the terminals identified by Parker.

    • Ensure the IOX-WRKS has the correct controller configuration loaded before proceeding to verification / simulation mode.

    • Press F1 (Setup) on the main operator screen to obtain the setup page

    • Press F1 (ground speed) to enter security code / enter simulated ground speed

    • Enter security code using the selector knob (if applicable) - this will be supplied by the customer.

    • Using the selector knob - change the “ground speed” setting to “Simulated” and press the knob to make the change.

    • Using the selector knob - Set speed to about 30km/h.

    • Turn the Control head to “activated” by pressing the “Main power” button - it will illuminate from Red to Green.

    • Select a material and spread rate using the “Granular”, “Lane” and “Liquid” selector knobs on the control head.

    • You will see these changes reflected on the screen under “Granular Rate”, “Spinner” and “ Liquid rate”

    • Verify data flow.

    • Switch the controller off at the control head and return it to “ground speed” setting on the setup page.

    • Never leave a controller in simulation mode!
