HRN-CW03K3: 2021 – Present Renault Trucks D-series

The fuse box is located on the passenger side.

Unlock the cover with a flat screwdriver and set the cover aside.

Remove the screws from the middle interior panel as shown.

Use a panel removal tool to detach the middle interior panel.

Remove all screws from the top panel.

Remove the top panel and set it aside to access the CAN wires.

Connect the IOX-Clamp to the Yellow (Pin 3) and Green (Pin 1) wires of the EBS ECU black connector (labeled A21.X1).

Connect the IOX-Clamp to the GO device and secure with cable ties.

IMPORTANT: Do not over-tighten cable ties to avoid damaging the IOX connector.

Connect the HRN-CW03K3 to the fuse taps as follows:

Ignition Power: Fuse F32 (Yellow Square).

Continuous Power: Fuse F95 (Red Square).

Ground: Use the nut shown in the photo.

IMPORTANT: Place the original fuse on the hot side of the fuse tap. Insert a 5A fuse in the second slot.

Clean the EBS ECU surface with an alcohol-based cleaning solution.

Apply the double-sided tape from the SPR-INSTALLBAG onto the mounting bracket and GO device.

Mount the SPR-INSTALLBAG firmly on the EBS ECU. Secure the GO device and HRN-CW03K3 harness connection with cable ties.

IMPORTANT: The GPS antenna is on the underside of the Geotab device. Ensure this side faces away from any metal surfaces when mounting.

Connect the white connectors of the HRN-CW03K3 to each other.
