  1. Remove the (3) T-25 screws holding the fuse box cover in place, then remove the cover.
    • Remove the (3) T-25 screws holding the fuse box cover in place, then remove the cover.

  2. Inside the fuse box, locate the connector labeled BATT OPT, and the terminating resistor. Inside the fuse box, locate the connector labeled BATT OPT, and the terminating resistor.
    • Inside the fuse box, locate the connector labeled BATT OPT, and the terminating resistor.

  3. Connect the provided black 2-pin adapter to the vehicle side 2-pin power connector labeled BATT OPT.
    • Connect the provided black 2-pin adapter to the vehicle side 2-pin power connector labeled BATT OPT.

    • Connect the black 2-pin adapter to the HRN-CE10K2.

    • The other end of the HRN-CE10K2 is only used when daisy chaining the power circuit.

  4. Locate the End Of Line resistor labeled as Terminating Resistor. Remove the terminating resistor.
    • Locate the End Of Line resistor labeled as Terminating Resistor.

    • Remove the terminating resistor.

  5. Connect the HRN-CE10K2 to the mating connector where the terminating resistor was removed.
    • Connect the HRN-CE10K2 to the mating connector where the terminating resistor was removed.

  6. Install the terminating resistor into the mating connector from the  HRN-CE10K2.
    • Install the terminating resistor into the mating connector from the HRN-CE10K2.

  7. Connect the HRN-CE10K2  to the HRN-CM24Y1  custom harness adapter.
    • Connect the HRN-CE10K2 to the HRN-CM24Y1 custom harness adapter.

    • 6-pin white connector on both parts. They are both labeled OBDII.

  8. Connect the Geotab harness assembly to the GO device.
    • Connect the Geotab harness assembly to the GO device.

    • Secure the GO device to the harness using the serialized cable tie.

    • Secure the GO device to the frame of the fuse box using an additional two cable ties.

    • To ensure reporting quality the device must be secured with no free movement!

    • To ensure reporting quality the bottom of the device must have line of sight to the sky!
