  1. Requires Genesis J1939 Y adapter interface - supplied by Genesis upfitter. Alternate to using the Genesis harness: A simple modification to the HRN-RW07T1 can be made to integrate with the Genesis controller.

    • A simple modification to the HRN-RW07T1 can be made to integrate with the Genesis controller.

    • Remove the 12 pin GO rugged connector and wires from the two 3 pin connector & harness.

    • Solder to CANBUS connection on IOX-WRKS

  2. DO NOT use the CANBUS connection at the rear of the Genesis controller Find the Genesis harness connections labelled J1939 Insert the Y adapter at this location. Connect the other to the IOX-WRKS CANBUS connection.

    • DO NOT use the CANBUS connection at the rear of the Genesis controller

    • Find the Genesis harness connections labelled J1939 Insert the Y adapter at this location.

    • Connect the other to the IOX-WRKS CANBUS connection.

    • Ensure the IOX-WRKS has the correct controller configuration loaded before proceeding to verification / simulation mode.

    • From the operator screen, select the menu button.

    • Select Main Menu, then Manual Mode.

    • Enter access code. (Factory set to 11321)

    • Ensure Simulation speed is > 0 (ideal is 15 - 40)

    • Select enable

    • Return to operator menu using return key

    • Set material rates and activate controller to verify data.

    • Never leave a controller in simulation mode!
