  2. Power on the Force America 6100 controller. Enter the [Calibration] menu. An access code may be required and can be obtained from your Force America representative.

    • Under the [Configuration > Enabled Options] menu set [SIM Speed] to "Enabled".

    • Set [Event Logging (Serial] to "AVL".

    • Navigate to the [Configuration > Event Logging > Intervals] menu and set each parameter to "Enabled".

    • Navigate to the [Calibration > System Management > Shutdown] menu and select “Restart Now” to reboot the controller.

    • The Force America 6100 controller is now configured to stream data to the IOX-WRKS.

    • Ensure the IOX-WRKS has the correct controller configuration loaded before proceeding to verification / simulation mode.

    • From the operator screen, set [SIM Speed] to "~25 MPH / KPH".

    • Press the green knob (on and off) on the controller to trigger an event change.

    • Verify the data.

    • Ensure the [SIM Speed] is returned to "Disabled" if you enabled this feature.

    • Never leave a controller in simulation mode!
